After the copious amounts of food and drink that have been consumed during the Christmas period, January usually brings with it a welcome sigh of relief and a plethora of diets, detoxes and fitness regimes. Normally, I am one of the people who recoil at the thought of exercise – however, looking at some of the active wear currently on the market, I feel compelled to get off the couch and gett on my running shoes.
